The Jackal UGV is a small yet powerful mobile base developed for field and indoor robotics research. With a rugged aluminum chassis, all-terrain 4×4 drivetrain, integrated onboard PC with ROS, and easily-accessible mounting/power interfaces, it’s designed to accelerate proof-of-concepts, payload integration and multi-robot experiments. Yes — Jackal’s design specifically supports modular payloads via mounting plates and selectable power rails, making it ideal for third-party arms or sensor packages.

It ships ROS-ready (with demo packages) and supports standard ROS-based workflows (RVIZ, Gazebo, etc.). Additional autonomy software or sensor packages may be added as options.

Since configurations vary (battery, sensors, manipulator, autonomy upgrade), it’s quote-on-request. Please contact us for current lead time.
