TK4 Tethered Power System for DJI Matrice 400

The CZI TK4 Tethered Power System is a high-performance tethered solution designed to deliver continuous, reliable power to the DJI Matrice 400 for extended mission operations. Built on an advanced 800V high-voltage platform, the TK4 significantly reduces power loss while delivering stable, high-output energy to support demanding payloads and high-power propulsion systems.

With a rated power output of up to 4 kW and transmission via a durable tether cable, the system enables uninterrupted aerial operations—ideal for public safety, emergency response, and industrial monitoring where uptime is critical.

The TK4 also integrates power line carrier (PLC) communication, enabling stable, interference-resistant data transmission with bandwidth up to 100 Mbps—supporting high-bitrate 4K video streaming directly to command centers via HDMI or Ethernet.

Designed for real-world deployment, the system includes a high-definition touchscreen for monitoring, built-in wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth), and enhanced safety features such as a grounding rod to mitigate electrical risks in high-voltage environments.

With a standard 110 m tether (optional up to 200 m), operators can achieve higher-altitude operations while maintaining continuous power—eliminating battery limitations and enabling persistent aerial presence.
