Returns
All sales are final.
We do not generally accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, at our discretion, we may accept returns of unopened items within 10 days of delivery, subject to our acceptance and inspection. Approved returns of unopened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, the buyer is responsible for shipping and duties charges to return the product to us.
To request a return of an unopened item under this policy, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it

Be unopened, unused, and with all original tags (if applicable)

Be in its original packaging
-
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return request
To start a return request, contact us with your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for the request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.
You can always contact us with any return questions.
We will provide the Return shipments address once approved.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately
if:

The item is defective,
-
The item is damaged, or
-
You received the wrong item,
so that we can review the issue and work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise make it right in line with our warranty and supplier policies.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
In addition to our “all sales are final” policy, certain types of items are strictly non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Custom or special-order products

Personalized items
-
Items that have been used, installed, or modified

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return consideration.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
Because all sales are final, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If we approve a return of an unopened item under our 10-day policy and you wish to purchase something else, you can:

Return the approved unopened item (subject to the 20% restocking fee), and
-
Place a new, separate order for the item you want.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period (if applicable)
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Where this EU cooling-off right applies, it will override the “all sales are final” policy to the extent required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved:

We’ll process your refund to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee, within 10 business days.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
