4D LiDAR L2 FAQ

Yes — the L2 supports ultra-wide angle scanning, low blind-spot, and anti-glare capability, making it suited for dynamic mobile robotics in both indoor and outdoor settings.

The module produces standard 3-D positional data (X, Y, Z) plus a 1-D intensity/gray level (“reflectivity”) per point — hence “4D” (3 spatial + 1 reflectivity).

Confirm mounting interface (machine size/weight), power supply voltage and cable requirements, data interface (ENET / TTL UART), payload weight effects on robot, and environmental sealing/heat dissipation for outdoor use. Also validate the SDK and driver compatibility with your ROS or autonomous system.
