Designed to elevate your UAV missions, the DeltaQuad Aerial Payload Deployment System (APDS) enables seamless cargo drop capability and extended-range operations for the Evo platform. Whether delivering essential supplies to remote locations or deploying sensor pods mid-mission, the APDS integrates with the Evo’s dual-payload configuration to provide automated door releases, mission-planned drops and optional auxiliary battery support for longer endurance. With the APDS you unlock new logistics, humanitarian, inspection, and delivery workflows — all while maintaining flight autonomy and modular integration.

Aerial Payload Deployment System FAQ

For mission planning, create a waypoint at your target drop altitude (e.g., ~40 m), then add a custom action “Payload drop – open both doors” (or right/left door only) tied to that waypoint. The drone then flies into position and executes the cargo release.

Yes — the Single APDS version includes internal dividers allowing either one larger cargo or two smaller cargos at different release points.

The “with Aux Battery” version gives the system extended flight time/range by using the battery in place of a second cargo bay, while still providing an integrated door-release mechanism—ideal when mission endurance is the priority. The trade-off is reduced cargo weight (max ~1 kg) versus the 2.5 kg of the standard version.
