Nighthawk 2 UZ FAQ

Due to its lightweight (≈325 g) and compact size, it is highly suitable for VTOL, fixed-wing and hybrid UAV platforms requiring high-definition dual-sensor observation payloads.

Yes. The dual EO (daylight) + IR (thermal) sensors enable full-spectrum observation, making it viable for both daylight and low-light/night operations.

Ensure your UAV payload bay supports the weight and power requirements, provide appropriate mounting/vibration isolation, ensure compatible control interface (RS-232 or equivalent), and integrate video output or data link for your ground station architecture.
