Mini 5 Pro Care Refresh FAQ

DJI Care Refresh is a service plan offered by DJI that gives you “insurance-style” coverage for your drone beyond the basic manufacturer warranty. For the Mini 5 Pro, this means protection against a variety of accidental damage scenarios during regular use: collisions, drops, water damage, and — for eligible incidents — even “fly-away” events.

Care Refresh typically covers:

Accidental crashes, collisions, or drop damage.

Water or moisture damage (e.g. unexpected exposure to rain or water) when the accident occurs during normal use.

(If eligible) Fly-away events — where the drone is lost due to signal loss, interference, or malfunction.

For the Mini 5 Pro under a 1-year plan: you get up to two replacement units.

If you choose a 2-year plan (when available), coverage may expand to up to four replacements, including multiple fly-away-eligible replacements depending on region and plan terms.
