Neo 2 Care Refresh FAQ

It covers accidental damage to the drone — including crashes, drops, water damage, and (depending on policy) fly-away events — offering up to two replacement units within 1-2 year (subject to small replacement fees).

Yes — but DJI requires that the drone be newly activated (or submitted with a verification video if outside the typical activation window) to be eligible.
